Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain provider files with the insurance company
Complete the initial enrollment of new providers with insurance plans
Work with hospitals and facilities to ensure providers are granted privileges
Conduct audits of participation statuses for clients
Qualifications:
Experience in the credentialing and provider enrollment field
Organized with an understanding of security protocols surrounding private information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great customer service skills
Friendly attitude with a sincere interest in learning
